Do I need to become a member to participate in Ma’alot programming?

Not at all! Most of our programs are open to anyone interested in engaging with our community, and we warmly welcome you to join us. If it's your first time attending our programs and have questions, reach out to Tess, our Community Manager.

Where do the programs take place?

Our programs span various locations across intown Atlanta and Decatur. You might find us in a local coffee shop, a designated venue, or even within the cozy setting of a builder’s home. Although we typically celebrate shabbat in Candler Park area, we deliberately diversify our event locations to ensure accessibility for everyone. Each event specifies the neighborhood where it will be held. We typically share the location details for an upcoming program a day or two beforehand. So, if you haven't received the location information by then, there's no need to worry!

Is there a cost to attend your programming?

The majority of our programming is free of charge. However, if any specific gatherings require a fee, it will be clearly stated on the event's registration page. Please note that our ongoing Youth Educational programs, High Holidays and courses do require a fee.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends along to our events. Just ensure they register beforehand, so we can anticipate their attendance and warmly welcome them into our community.
