He now leads EMR Consulting, advising nonprofit organizations on strategy, leadership transitions, and philanthropy, and is currently serving as Interim CEO of Shalom Orlando. more

He served over 20 years as rabbi of Congregation Bet Haverim in Atlanta, founded SOJOURN (the Southern Jewish Network for Gender and Sexual Diversity), and now consults with organizations nationwide on DEI, spiritual direction, and inclusive community building. more
