Havdalah Hike

  • Cascasde Nature Preserve 2852 Cascade Road Atlanta, Georgia, 30311 United States (map)

Join Ma'alot for a sunset hike as we close out Shabbat together on the Westside. At Cascade Nature Preserve, we’ll explore the park’s old-growth forest together, filled with streams, plants and wildlife, especially songbirds migrating during their seasonal peak. Come find peace and restoration through easy movement and sensory immersion in our natural world. For adults and kids able to handle gentle trails, this event is the perfect opportunity to step outside, connect with community and get some exercise in as we engage in Havdalah ritual.

We recommend packing water, a snack, and bug spray, and please remember to wear comfortable walking shoes!
