Maqom Meditation meets virtually on the first and third Sundays of the month from 8:00-9:00pm. Together we explore mindfulness practice through a Jewish lens and prepare for the week ahead.
This is a community led, Jewish meditation group. After you have attended a session you can offer to lead meditation or mindful movement. The format is:
- Welcome prayer song 
- Check ins 
- Teaching 
- Meditation (25-30 minutes) 
- Reflections and Share 
- Closing Prayer (spontaneous community offering)
