Rosh Hashanah will be here before you know it, and this year we’re celebrating in Grant Park. Join us for tashlich followed by a community potluck dinner.
Tashlich is a holiday ritual during which we symbolically cast away bad habits and places where we’ve missed the mark into the water so that we do not carry them into the new year. This process of letting go creates the space for us to become our most-inspired selves. Join Rabbis Malka Packer-Monroe from 18Doors and Ariel Root Wolpe from Maalot as they lead us in this powerful ritual.
This year, we invite you to enjoy each other’s company by bringing your own picnic and schmoozing. This family-friendly event is open to Jews and their loved ones of all ages. We hope you’ll join us.
