Sound Mikveh

Elul Sound Mikveh
Led by: Rebekka Goldsmith, Rabbi Ariel, Gayanne Geurin, and Cliff Trammell

Elul is the Hebrew month that invites us to slow down and pay attention. Congregation Bet Haverim and Ma'alot will offer a Sound Mikveh as we move through this month. A mikveh is traditionally a place of immersion, marking transition, and preparing us to enter something new. Here, sound becomes the water. Through singing, drumming, chanting, toning, meditation, and silence, we’ll enter a deep listening experience that invites reflection, renewal, and the quiet work of cheshbon hanefesh (soul accounting). Bring a yoga mat and lie down, close your eyes, and receive.
