Overview of Services
Kol Nidre (includes kids' program) — Sunday, September 20, 7:30–9:00 pm, The Solarium (Decatur) Begin the transformative process of Yom Kippur with a communal chanting of Kol Nidre and a mindful evening service to begin our fast. Featuring a breakaway kids' program. Please note: since Kol Nidre begins about an hour after dinner, no snacks are served at this service.
Mindful Yom Kippur Morning Service (ages 13+) — Monday, September 21, 10:00–11:30 am, The Solarium (Decatur) New this year: a Mindful Yom Kippur Morning Service, centered on wellness. Yom Kippur asks us to fast — to clear the body so that we might clear the mind and soul, and see ourselves and each other more truly. This 75-minute service takes that spirit as its foundation: deepening awareness practices, with key prayers chanted to support our meditation. This is prayer as a practice of attention and awareness — an invitation to meet the day with the kind of stillness that lets us actually see. Co-led by Rabbi Ariel and Kendra Wolpe. Free with a Kol Nidre ticket; suggested donation of $18 if attending only the Mindful Morning Service.
Havdalah and Breakfast — Monday, September 21, 7:30–9:30 pm, Community Home Conclude the High Holidays with the exuberant Havdalah service marking the end of Yom Kippur, followed by breakfast and snacking together in the warm atmosphere of a local home.

Kids' Programs & Childcare
Kids' programming at Kol Nidre is geared toward children ages 3–12; babysitting is available for littles of any age. There is no separate kids' program at Havdalah and Breakfast, so please purchase a kids' ticket for that gathering.

Accessibility
Kol Nidre and the Mindful Morning Service at the Solarium have ADA parking, ramped entrances, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and wheelchair seating. Havdalah and Breakfast will be at a community home; accessibility information will be sent closer to the date.
Kol Nidre and Havdalah and Breakfast are both family-friendly programs. Separate childcare and kids' programming is available at Kol Nidre.
