Join The Lev

The Lev (Heart of the Community) is Ma’alot’s circle of trusted volunteer leaders—community members who bring our shared vision to life through care, creativity, and commitment.

Rooted in Jewish values of sacred stewardship and collective responsibility, The Lev is how we grow, sustain, and nourish Ma’alot—together.
